That’s $300,000 off so far this month on the price of the 30.4m classic aluminium Burger motor yacht Ar-De as Chris Chumley at Northrop & Johnson sends word of a further $100,000 price cut.

Ar-De was designed by Don O’Keefe and built for experienced owners with worldwide cruising in mind. Delivered in 1996, she has accommodation for six guests in a full beam master suite plus a double and a twin cabin. All staterooms have en suite bathrooms.

Ar-De features an open plan interior by Barbara Wagner and Benson Design with hideaway window shades, abundant storage and screens on all opening doors and ports. Butternut wood, hand-finished with raised panels, is used for bulkheads and furniture to create a warm, rich interior. Twin 1,250hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 17 knots and a range of 3,000 nautical miles.

Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Ar-De is now down from $2,495,000 to $2,395,000.
