The 24 metre motor yacht Anchor Management, listed for sale by David Johnson at Denison Yachting, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Rich Lazzara at HMY Yacht Sales.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Azimut to a design by Stefano Righini, Anchor Management was delivered in 2003 as an Azimut Carat 80 model. A luxurious interior by Carlo Galeazzi comfortably accommodates eight guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite with a queen sized bed, a VIP suite with a queen sized bed, a double and a twin cabin, all with marble en suite bathroom facilities.
Her large saloon has joinery in cherry wood, a suede ceiling and custom carpets new in 2010. Relaxation is in two curved settees facing a state of the art entertainment system including a 40 inch Samsung HD 3D television screen while the formal dining area features an oval dining table in high gloss cherry wood, seating for six guests and a marble floor.
Up on the flybridge, there is teak decking and al fresco entertainment and dining comes courtesy of large curved settees with cushions to port and starboard, a dining table, barbecue, fridge and sink. More outdoor living is offered on the sheltered aft deck with a decorative table, seating and an access door through to the engine room. Twin 1,500hp MTU diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 25 knots, topping out at 28 knots.
Anchor Management was asking $995,000.
