The 22.6 metre motor yacht Charisma has been sold with Andre Barbier and Sandra Totten at Dolphin Yachts acting for both buyer and seller.

Built in GRP by Italian yard Azimut, Charisma was delivered in 2011 as one of the yard’s Magellano 74 models. Accommodation is for six guests in a port master suite with a king sized bed, a forward VIP suite with a king sized bed and a twin cabin to starboard, all with en suite facilities.

The main deck saloon accommodates a secondary galley, just beyond a sliding panel door at the entrance, within easy reach of guests to facilitate service and sociability. There is an eight person dining area amidships with a superb 360 degree view of the sea. The relaxation area consists of an L-shaped leather sofa facing a full entertainment system including a large pop up television screen.

Through a separate stairway, placed astern of the saloon, there is access to a second area of the lower deck comprising a lobby which offers easy access to the engine room and the control panel, a pantry, cabinetry which houses a washing machine and dryer, and a fourth cabin with double bunks which can be used as a further guest cabin or as berths for crew.

The shaded flybridge dining area under the hard top includes a large C-shaped sofa and can comfortably seat eight people. Towards the stern, there is a perfect spot for two chaise lounges. There is a sofa in the bow area in front of the technical area. The flooring of the entire deck is teak and the external pilot console is centrally located for improved visibility.

The cockpit comfortably seats eight people and, with a teak table and steel base doubles as a perfect al fresco dining area. When not in use, the chairs can be stowed in a special locker. Twin 1,051hp Caterpillar engines power Charisma to 23 knots.

Sandra Totten adds, “Special thanks for the priceless help of  Jan Preugschat of JP Maritime Services & Broking Limited & Co. KG without whom the deal would never have happened.”

Lying in Sardinia, Charisma was asking €1,995,000.
