The 40.2-metre Benetti motor yacht Chrimi III has been sold. The deal was closed between Peter Hürzeler of Ocean Independence and Jamie Small of Burgess who jointly represented the seller, and Adrian Soos of Ocean Independence who introduced the buyer.
Delivered in 2016 by the Italian yard, the Benetti Classic Supreme 132 model was built in GRP to a design by Stefano Righini with interiors by François Zuretti. Notably, she has had only one owner since new.
Chrimi III accommodates a party of 10 in five suites, including a main deck master cabin plus two VIP cabins and two twin cabins on the lower deck. There are quarters for a crew of seven, but the brokers noted that for private use, she could be operated with a crew of five.
Deck spaces include a forward sunbathing area with a Jacuzzi, offering spectacular views ahead while underway. Her large sundeck is complete with an al fresco dining table, while another dining table lies aft of the bright and popular skylounge, where there is also a small gym.
The aft deck, with twin stairs leading to the swim platform, offers guests a choice of seating areas for soaking up the shoreside atmosphere when stern-to. This is where guests are welcomed on board and into the main saloon, with its full-beam formal dining area forward.
The MCA-compliant, RINA-classed, 322GT yacht is powered by twin 1,450hp MTU diesel engines, giving her a maximum speed of 15.5 knots, cruising speed of 13.5 knots and a range of 3,500 nautical miles at 11 knots. A Williams Dieseljet 505 tender is also included in her inventory, stowed in the lazarette.
Lying in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, Chrimi III was last asking €10,950,000 with VAT paid.
