A call to Bernard Gallay Yacht Brokerage confirms the sale of the 27.46m high performance sailing yacht Med Spirit.

She was built by Australia’s Boat Speed yard to a design by Hugh Wellbourn and launched in 2003. Med Spirit is a Super Maxi racing yacht designed and built to win regattas. She is an exceptional sailing yacht and one of the fastest racing monohulls in the world, capable of reaching speeds of up to 40 knots. Med Spirit is basically 27.46 metres of pure performance, smoothness and lightness despite its 15-ton bulb and she carries eight guests and eight crew. She was fitted in 2010 with new standing rigging by Southern Spars.

Lying in the South of France, Med Spirit was asking €650,000.
