The 24 metre sailing yacht Cool Breeze has been listed for sale by Giulio Riggio at Fraser.

Combining leading-edge carbon technology and craftsmanship with a simplicity of design for ease of use in racing and cruising situations, she was built by German yard Michael Schmidt Yachtbau to a design by Luca Brenta Design and delivered in 2015. Accommodation is for six guests in three cabins consisting of a master suite and two doubles to port and starboard, all with entertainment centres and en suite shower facilities. In addition, there are quarters for two crew aboard this yacht for sale.

Cool Breeze is asking €3,200,000

In the saloon there is a portside lounge area with a large sofa, hull windows and overhead lockers, while to starboard is a dining table, chairs, a sofa and two large lockers for storage of glassware and crockery.

On deck there are tables in the cockpit to port and starboard with folding teak leaves and comfortable cushions. All hatches and port lights are flush to ensure optimum safety on deck while racing or cruising. The transom door opens with hydraulic rams and has stairs from the deck to sea level. Under power, a 240hp Yanmar diesel engine gives her a cruising speed of 9.5 knots and a range of 2,000 nautical miles.

Her broker, Giulio Riggio, comments: “Cool Breeze is a light displacement carbon performance sailing yacht for worldwide fast passage cruising. She is extremely easy to handle and her systems installations are simple, reliable and lightweight.”

Currently en route to Palma de Mallorca, Spain, Cool Breeze is asking €3,200,000.
