The 32.7-metre Burger motor yacht Silver Seas has rejoined the market with Roy Sea at IYC.
An all-aluminium raised pilothouse yacht, Silver Seas was delivered in 1998 by American yard Burger Boat Company to a design by Don O'Keeffe. The broker noted that she is "like-new" following an extensive reconstruction, which exceeded her current asking price in cost.
The saloon of this yacht for sale is panelled in satin-finished cherry wood, complemented by all-new furnishing and artwork. Natural light fills the space thanks to generous windows and three glass doors – aft, port and starboard – that frame the surroundings. A formal dining area, lounge and wet bar can be found here, while just forward, the country-style galley provides the opportunity for informal meals and family gatherings. A forward-facing settee in the pilothouse offers great visibility and a relaxed social space while underway.
Below, a curved staircase from the saloon leads to a marble-accented foyer accessing the accommodation. She features four cabins for eight guests, including a master suite with a centrally positioned king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and a his-and-hers en suite finished in marble and gold.
A children’s cabin with over-and-under bunks lies to port, while two additional guest cabins aft offer their own marble-clad en suites and entertainment centres.
Outdoors, the aft deck connects with the main saloon and is configured for al fresco dining. An Eisenglass panel system offers protection from the elements, while wide side decks lead forward to a private sunbathing space on the foredeck. Other highlights include the teak swim platform and the sundeck, accessed from the pilothouse and arranged with expansive seating, sun loungers and umbrellas.
According to her broker, Silver Seas is "exceptionally well-equipped" for exploration and entertainment with a shallow 1.8-metre draft and a 32’ tender for day trips.
Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Silver Seas is now asking $5,950,000.
