Burgess tell me that they've now signed the 49m CMN motor yacht Mim for sale.
Delivered in 2001, Mim combines the timeless lines of the A Group, European build quality and a light and sophisticated Andrew Winch Designs interior.
Her Bureau Veritas 10-year class survey was successfully completed in 2011, with a further yard period in 2012 for a complete exterior repaint and interior refresh with new carpets and soft furnishings throughout, and a 3,000 hour service of both Caterpillar main engines.
Mim offers superb living areas and flexible, generous accommodation for up to 12 guests in six cabins, including a full-beam owner’s suite featuring his-and-hers walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. Guest accommodation is on the lower deck comprising one triple, one twin and two double guest cabins, with an additional single cabin on the upper deck.
With a range of 4,500 nautical miles at 12 knots, Mim is asking €16.9 million.
