OceanStyle, international specialists in the sale, management and charter of 20 to 45 metre semi-custom yachts, has unveiled its new look at the Cannes Boat Show, re-branding to become OceanStyle by Burgess.

The re-brand, the biggest transformation of its corporate identity in the company’s history, aligns OceanStyle with its parent brand, Burgess, ‘to bring together the heritage of Burgess with the strength of the OceanStyle name in its competitive niche market, without diluting the specialist focus of either company’.

Claiming to be more than just a visual brand alignment incorporating the Burgess name and complimenting the Burgess colour scheme, the re-brand also sees the two companies share six offices around the world.

Commenting on the re-brand, OceanStyle by Burgess Director, Richard Lambert said, ‘OceanStyle was founded in 2005 by Burgess, already a market leader in large superyachts, as a stand-alone company to meet demand for smaller, but no less luxurious, vessels. However, there are many strategic advantages to forming a more evident brand family, specifically for our clients who benefit from the synergies of our combined resources and market knowledge without sacrificing the specialist expertise they expect whether buying, building or chartering.

‘The OceanStyle by Burgess re-brand clarifies the lines of demarcation and connection between OceanStyle and Burgess,” explains Lambert. “We are still the same team focusing on our niche market specialising in 20-45m yachts and by working in synergy with the wider Burgess network can offer our customers unparalleled access to information as well as in-depth industry knowledge.’
