Camper & Nicholsons sells motor yacht Office

David Seal at Camper & Nicholsons tells me that he's sold a new 26m Princess 85 motor yacht, Office, in an in-house deal working with Charles Ehrardt.

Built in 2011, Office, is in a better-than-new condition, having been cruised just sufficiently to find and alleviate any of the snagging issues found on new yachts and maintained in tip-top condition by her dedicated crew. She also comes with new bottom paint, zincs and cleaned propellors.

Office sleeps 10 guests in four cabins – one of which has two sets of bunks but can be converted back to a standard double if required. The crew of four have their own quarters aft. The interior is well-appointed and tastefully decorated with custom Armani design, fabrics and furnishing, and features satin finished walnut throughout and marble-clad en suites.

Her twin 1,925hp Caterpillar C32A engines power her to a top speed of 28 knots and she has a TracStar digital fin stabiliser system.

Sold within four months of coming on the market, Office was asking €3.95 million.
