The 46.7-metre Cantiere delle Marche (CdM) flagship explorer yacht RJ has been sold in an off-market transaction, with the Italian shipyard's Pre-Owned Division representing the seller and Kevin Bonnie of IYC introducing the buyer.
RJ was delivered just last year as the first unit in the yard's RJ 155 series and its largest new build to date. She was constructed in steel and aluminium to a design by Francesco Paszkowski Design with naval architecture developed by CdM's in-house team and Pierluigi Ausonio PLANA and interiors from the boards of Salvagni Architetti.
RJ drew plenty of attention after her 2025 launch and subsequently won the 2026 BOAT Design & Innovation Awards for both exterior and interior design in her size category. She is also a nominee for the 2026 World Superyacht Awards, with the winners announced in May.

Salvagni opted for loose furniture and a bright and visually interesting colour palette on board. Dark wood flooring and carpets are paired with neutral, contemporary furniture that are brought to life with pops of colour via cushions and accessories.
An owner's brief specified accommodation for up to 12 guests in five cabins, including an owner's suite on the main deck forward with a large "super-equipped" gym. Other highlights include large exterior decks and more than sufficient toy and tender storage split between the foredeck and lazarette.
“This sale highlights the continued success of pre-owned CdM yachts, confirming their enduring value and appeal among discerning yacht owners,” said Vasco Buonpensiere, CEO and co-founder of Cantiere delle Marche. “This is a transaction that has left both the first and current owner highly satisfied, confirming that whoever purchases an explorer yacht built by us is making an excellent investment.”
The shipyard noted that five units from the RJ line have been sold to date.
