I’m afraid that I interrupted IYC’s Frank Grzeszczak’s lunch to ask him about his recent new central agency for sale, Oceanco’s 37.5m Caprice. Frank points out that she’s a co-central agency with Cheny Sabates III and is currently available for viewing in Fort Lauderdale. Built in 1994 to a Gerhard Gilgenast design and with a Donald Starkey interior, Caprice sleeps eight guests in four staterooms with crew accommodation for up to six in three cabins. Capable of a top speed of 21 knots, this pedigree Dutch yacht is asking $4.9 million.
