27m Cantiere delle Marche motor yacht Yes sold

1 December 2023 • Written by Nick Jeffery

The 27.1-metre motor yacht Yes has been sold with joint central agents Mark Seaton of Yacht & Villa and Carlo Aquilanti of Cantiere delle Marche's (CDM) pre-owned sales representing the seller and Nick Hatfield of Sanlorenzo Yachts UK introducing the buyer.

Built in aluminium by CDM, she was delivered in 2014 as the first in the Italian yard’s Nauta Air series. Exterior design is by Nauta with interior decoration by Francesco Guida and naval architecture by Hydro Tec.

The unconventional layout, developed according to the owner's request for an informal and functional distribution of spaces, features a galley near the cockpit, set aft and to port, with a cosy dining and lounging area forward. The central main saloon is divided into conversation, relaxation and dining areas.

Yes was asking €3,299,000. She was lying in Imperia, Italy.

Accommodation is for up to nine guests in four cabins. The full beam master suite, accessed through a dedicated staircase, is on the lower deck amidships. Three further guest cabins – a VIP suite and two cabins, convertible from doubles to twins – share the forward section of the hull with a large gym and adjoining shower and Hammam.

A 60-square-metre flybridge, equipped with bar, barbecue, Jacuzzi spa tub and a second pilot station, is large for a yacht of this size and is ideal for al fresco entertaining and dining.

Two Caterpillar C18 Acert diesel engines give the 160GT yacht a top speed of 16 knots and a range of 3,900 nautical miles at nine knots.

Yes was last asking €3,299,000. She was lying in Imperia, Italy.
