A call to Daniela De Marco at Charter & Charter brings the news that the 39m motor yacht Sensei, a joint central agency for sale with CSO Yachts, had a major price reduction last night.

Sensei was built in 1991 by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. Originally conceived and engineered to meet the high standards of the Japanese NKK Classification society, this superyacht underwent a substantial refit and extension at Admiral Marine in the U.S Pacific under the direction of award winning designer Glade Johnson.

Under the current owner a €2.6 million major refit was undertaken at the Benetti shipyard in Italy in 2006/2007. The work included a complete engine rebuild and reconstruction of many other areas and also an update of the navigation and communications equipment necessary to accomplish full MCA classification. Sensei accommodates 10 guests in a main deck master suite along with two double and two twin cabins and has extensive deck areas for relaxation and alfresco dining. Previously marketed at €6.4 million, she's now asking €5.9 million and you can view her at this week's Antibes Yacht Show on berth C13, Quai IYCA.
