2 July 2026 • Written by Holly Margerrison

The 46-metre Feadship motor yacht Panache has been listed for sale under a joint central agency. She is listed for sale with Jan Jaap Minnema and Quentin Bourgeois of Fraser and Will Christie and Felix Sowerbutts of Christie Yachts.

Delivered in 1982 by the Dutch shipyard and designed by Arthur Defever, Panache was built with a steel hull and combines classic Feadship styling with a number of more contemporary amenities. Frits De Voogt is responsible for the naval architecture. She has benefited from an extensive programme of upgrades in recent years, including a full technical and engineering overhaul completed between 2020 and 2021 and a further cosmetic and interior refit spanning 2025 to 2026.

Panache is asking €12,950,000

Accommodation is for up to 11 guests across six cabins, though the brokerage notes that the layout could be adapted to create a seventh guest cabin with limited modifications. An owner's cabin with an en suite can be found forward on the main deck. Crew quarters accommodate up to 10 staff.

At main deck level, a separate dining room is positioned forward of a contemporary saloon featuring a bar, with a skylounge above leading out onto the social upper deck. Up on this deck, guests can make the most of further al fresco dining and lounging space, as well as a bar and a hot tub flanked by sunpads. The bridge can also be found forward of this.

Crowning the yacht is the sundeck, where a selection of sun loungers can be found under umbrella shading.

Further highlights include a guest elevator connecting the main and bridge decks, a dedicated gym and a newly arranged swim platform designed to improve access to the water.

According to the brokers, the yacht's recent works have focused on preserving her original character while bringing systems, engineering and guest spaces up to modern standards. Interior spaces have been refreshed throughout, while exterior decks have been reconfigured to maximise guest enjoyment and outdoor living.

"Panache is a classic 46m Feadship that combines timeless Dutch craftsmanship with enduring elegance," said sales broker Jan Jaap Minnema. "Extensively refitted throughout, she presents in excellent condition while preserving the heritage of her original design."

Powered to a cruising speed of 12 knots and a maximum speed of 14 knots, Panache remains Lloyd's classed.

The 426GT yacht for sale is currently lying in Cap-d'Ail on the French Riviera. Panache is asking €12,950,000.
