Classic sailing yacht Rosalind for sale at Edmiston

4 December 2012 • Written by Malcolm MacLean

Mike Horsley at Edmiston & Company sends me details of his latest sales listing, the 32m sailing yacht Rosalind.

A gaff-rigged yawl, she was built by Stow & Sons of Shoreham in 1904 and completely restored in 1997 with a new interior in Cuban mahogany. Accommodation is for six guests in three cabins and Rosalind is powered by a 238hp Volvo engine. As Mike says, the fact that she's been owned by the same family for over half her 100 year lifetime speaks volumes.

Lying in the South of France, Rosalind is asking €1.25 million.
