Codecasa motor yacht Te Manu for sale

Codecasa motor yacht Te Manu for sale

The 49.35 metre motor yacht Te Manu has been listed for sale by Merle Wood at Merle Wood & Associates.

Built in steel and aluminium by Italian yard Codecasa to Lloyds class and MCA compliant, she was delivered in 1998 with a full refit in 2004. With an excellent charter record behind her, the interior by Franco and Anna Della Role accommodates 12 guests in six cabins. These consist of a master suite and VIP suite on the main deck with two doubles and two twins below, all with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there is accommodation for 12 crew in six cabins aboard this yacht for sale.

Panelled in gloss cherry wood with burr veneers, the oval-shaped dining room is an elegant eating space for 12 guests in the main saloon. The lounge area has comfortable seating, a bar and an entertainment centre including a large screen television set and a stereo surround sound system. Guests can also enjoy al fresco meals and cocktails while admiring the views on the bridge deck plus the sun deck offers a Jacuzzi spa tub and dining area shaded by a large parasol.

A further special feature is an elevator that links all four decks, making her wheelchair-friendly. Twin 2,200hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a range of 5,000 nautical miles and she is fitted with Naiad zero speed stabilisers.

Available to view at the forthcoming Miami boat show, Te Manu is asking $15 million.
