Price Drop on CRN Motor Yacht Sima

19 December 2019 • Written by Malcolm Maclean

The 39.6 metre motor yacht Sima, listed for sale by Maarten Ten Holter at Fraser, has had a price reduction of €500,000.

Built in GRP by Italian yard CRN to a design by Zuccon International, Sima was delivered in 2007 as the fourth hull in the yard’s successful 128’ series. RINA classed and MCA compliant, she still has her original owner and boasts an impeccable charter history. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five generously-sized cabins.

Sima is now asking €7,400,000

Located forward on the main deck, the master suite is accessed through a private reception/office area which can be closed off from the bedroom if desired. Well-appointed guest accommodation below deck consists of two twin cabins with oversized single beds and a Pullman each, plus two double cabins, all with full en suite bathroom facilities.

In the main saloon of this yacht for sale, the sofas, upholstered chairs and lounge table, all designed by Fendi, are in ivory and black leather contrasting with the muted tones of the curtains and cushions. An elegant divider stands between the saloon and dining room, flanked by a staircase leading up to the sky lounge on the port side. Following a gourmet dinner, guests can choose to enjoy a film on the plasma screen that folds down from the saloon’s ceiling.

For al fresco dining, the upper deck is the favoured option with a shaded table and seating for 12, while the sundeck also offers an informal table arrangement. Teak decking, loungers and umbrellas make the large sundeck a welcoming and relaxing area, with plenty of space both in the sun and the shade. A whirlpool spa and full wet bar are also among the facilities on this well-appointed, spacious deck. Twin 2,736hp MTU engines give her a cruising range of 1,350 nautical miles.

Lying in Viareggio, Italy, Sima is now asking €7,400,000.
