The 47.6-metre motor yacht Rochade, listed for sale with Wes Sanford at Northrop & Johnson, has had a price drop of $2,045,000.
Built by US yard Delta Marine to an in-house design, the GRP yacht was delivered in 2011 and underwent extensive refits in 2021 and 2022. She has received a complete AV and IT upgrade, with the addition of all new Apple TV entertainment systems and Starlink connectivity, as well as newly purchased generators that are due to be installed in October 2023.
An interior in seamless straight-grain woods, including European chestnut, walnut, wenge, and Macassar ebony accommodates 12 guests in five cabins. These comprise a master suite, three doubles and a twin with Pullman berths, all with en suite bathroom facilities while a further five cabins sleep 10 crew.
The main and dining saloons on this yacht for sale feature open, expansive spaces with no stanchions and large, low windows to provide excellent views.
Outdoor spaces are impressive and plentiful. The upper deck is open for enjoyment, complete with a bar, plenty of chaise lounges and loose furniture, with al fresco dining arrangements under the sun or shade. The yacht also boasts an EZ2CY sundeck enclosure for colder climates.
The flybridge, equally expansive, includes additional outdoor dining, a bar, an outdoor day head, Jacuzzi and Bimini top.
As part of her 2021 refit, Rochade's twin MTU diesel engines were entirely rebuilt and now come with extended warranties. They allow a cruising speed of 13 knots, a top speed of 21 knots and a maximum range of 3,300 naultical miles. The yacht also benefits from Quantum zero-speed stabilisers as well as a shallow 2.5-metre draught that makes her perfect for navigating shallow waters.
Rochade is now asking $23,950,000.
