€5 million price drop on Feadship superyacht Nara at Edmiston and Merle Wood

Jonathan Barbe at Edmiston & Company tells me of a major €5 million price cut on Feadship’s 60.55m classic motor yacht Nara, for sale in a joint listing with Merle Wood & Associates.

At the time the largest yacht built by Feadship, Nara was delivered in 1979 and is unusual in having the same private owners for the last 30 years and has never been chartered. With more guest cabins – 10 – than is the norm for a 60m yacht, Nara should be an attractive proposition for a buyer looking for a classically styled pedigree yacht offering generous en suite accommodation for 20 guests.

Continuously maintained throughout her life, Nara is powered by twin 3155hp MTU engines giving her a cruising speed of 16 knots and she is fitted with zero speed stabilisers.

Available for inspection in Viareggio, Italy, Nara is now down to €9.9 million.
