Alastair Shove at Ancasta Yachts tells me the owner of the 29.65m sailing yacht Ngoni wants her sold by Spring 2014 and has authorised a further €600,000 price drop.

Cutter rigged, Ngoni was built by Baltic Yachts in 1999 to a design by Judel/Vrolijk as Pink Gin and was extensively refitted in 2007/2008. A hull and deck in epoxy carbon accommodates eight guests in a master suite, VIP stateroom and two twin cabins. All four cabins have en suite facilities. Her main saloon in teak and mahogany is spacious and elegant, with a lounging area and formal dining for eight guests. Power comes from a single 271hp MAN diesel engine.

Lying near Athens, Greece, Ngoni is down from €3.4 million to €2.8 million.
