More news from Mike Horsley at Edmiston & Company as he signs the 29.87m classic sailing yacht Coral of Cowes for sale.
Built in 1902 by White Brothers in Southampton, UK, she was completely rebuilt in 2005 with a hull in teak on oak. She was most recently refitted in 2011/2012. An unusual, cosy interior sleeps seven guests in a double, single and four-berth cabin. Twin Volvo 170hp engines give her a cruising speed under power of seven knots.
Mike Horsley says, 'Coral of Cowes is an enchanting family sailing yacht. She does not pretend to be particularly high volume or full of systems. Nevertheless, she has been thoughtfully updated and upgraded to make her a lovely and practical sailing yacht for the twenty-first century.'
Lying in the Western Mediterranean, Coral of Cowes is asking €995,000.
