Axel Douqué at Ocean Independence tells me his central listing for sale, the 45.72m motor yacht Sea Dweller, is sold with Jonathan Barbe at Edmiston & Company acting for the buyer.

Sea Dweller was built by Heesen and delivered in 1999 with a complete exterior and interior refit in 2010, including the addition of zero speed stabilisers. Accommodation is for up to 12 guests in five staterooms consisting of a master suite, two double staterooms and two twin cabins. All staterooms have en suite bathroom facilities. She has ample deck spaces for sunbathing, as well as a large swim platform and sun deck with louvered top, that can be adjusted for the perfect amount of sun or shade.

Twin 3,450hp MTU engines mean she can reach a maximum speed of 28 knots, cruises at 18 knots, and has a range of 3,600 nautical miles at 12 knots.

The fifth yacht sold in as many weeks by Edmiston, Sea Dweller was asking €9,950,000.
