The 27.6 metre motor yacht X-One has been listed for sale by CSO Yachts.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Falcon Yachts to a design by Stefano Righini, X-One was delivered in 2006 as a Falcon 90 model and most recently refitted in 2011. Up to eight guests are accommodated in four cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite and port and starboard twin cabins. All guest cabins have entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities while the crew quarters sleep up to three members of staff aboard this yacht for sale.
The open-plan saloon has sofas to port and starboard in the lounge area, along with an entertainment centre featuring a large Sony LED television screen and a Dolby digital stereo surround sound system. Forward is a formal dining area with seating for 10 guests.
The aft deck has all the amenities for al fresco entertaining and dining, including free standing tables and chairs plus a full wet bar. Steps lead down to a broad swim platform that becomes a beach club with the addition of sun loungers. The foredeck has sun pads for sunbathing in privacy, accessed via the wide side decks. Her top speed is 29 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 360 nautical miles at 23 knots with power coming from two 1,820hp MTU 16V2000M91 diesel engines.
