55m Feadship motor yacht Olympus sold

6 January 2026 • Written by Nick Jeffery and Emily Dawkins

The 55-metre Feadship motor yacht Olympus has been sold. Alex Busher of Edmiston and Stuart Larsen of Fraser represented the seller, while Simon Ting of SuperYachtsMonaco introduced the buyer.

Olympus was delivered in 1996 to a design by British studio Winch Design, who also penned the interiors, with naval architecture by the legendary Frits De Voogt. The 55-metre remained under the same ownership until 2022, when she changed hands and joined the market following a $10,000,000 refit completed at Monaco Marine in 2023.

According to her brokers, the Feadship build completed winter maintenance with her original Dutch builders early last year, undergoing significant upgrades and improvements totalling around $5,000,000.

Olympus was last asking €19,750,000

Olympus is exceptionally voluminous for her length, offering 881GT of interior volume granted by a 10-metre beam. She can accommodate up to 16 guests in eight cabins, and her two-master layout is said by her brokers to be ideal for "long-term, liveaboard cruising". The larger master cabin sits on the main deck and benefits from a private observation lounge and its own office, en suite and gym-cum-hairdressing salon.

Meanwhile, guest accommodation includes one VIP, two double cabins with pullman berths, two twins and two single cabins. There are quarters for a crew of up to 16.

On the main deck, forward of the saloon, is an oval dining table, complemented by another dining arrangement on the aft deck for al fresco meals. Up on the bridge deck is a skylounge that can be dedicated as a VIP private lounge or a secondary social space with an office area.

The elevator (which services all decks) runs right up to the sundeck where guests can enjoy a large hot tub, a U-shaped bar and ample seating. Tenders are stowed at a slightly lower level aft, keeping sightlines clear. Guests can also come and go via helicopter with a 3,100kg helicopter landing pad on the sundeck suitable for an EC 135 or similar.

The Lloyds-classified and MCA-compliant motor yacht is powered by twin 2,600hp Caterpillar diesels, providing a 4,000-nautical-mile range at 11.5 knots. Her cruising speed is 12 knots and she has a maximum speed of 17.5 knots.

Olympus was last asking €19,750,000.
