The 24.81 metre motor yacht Luminous, listed for sale by Dimitris Kyriazakos at Ekka Yachts, has been sold with Mike Newton-Woof at Ventura Yachts acting for the buyer.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Ferretti, Luminous was delivered in 2002 as one of the yard’s ubiquitous 800 series. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite with a queen sized bed, a VIP suite with a queen sized bed, a double and a twin, all with mosaic tiled en suite bathroom facilities.
A large saloon has comfortable seating on overstuffed sofas, an entertainment centre including a 42 inch retractable television and a separate dining area with seating for eight guests. On the flybridge there is a large al fresco dining area with a U-shaped table, grill area and fridge, while towards the stern there is a large sundeck. Furthermore, the bow area incorporates both a sun lounger and seating. Twin 1,823hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 24 knots.
Lying in Athens, Greece, Luminous was asking €950,000 with VAT paid.
