Alex Clarke at Denison Superyachts Division sends word that he's taken over the central listing for sale of the 41m sailing yacht Inmocean.

This classic modern sloop was built by Fitzroy Yachts to Lloyds class, designed by Dubois Naval Architects and launched in 2008. MCA compliant, an interior by Adam Lay Studio accommodates six guests in an owner’s suite forward and two twin cabins, all of them with full en suite facilities. Constructed in aluminium with a carbon fibre rig by Southern Spars, Inmocean was a finalist at the 2008 World Superyacht Awards.

She has just completed a four month refit in New Zealand where she underwent a complete topside repaint, was given new interior upholstery throughout – including wall coverings, carpeting and window treatments – new soft goods, new exterior cushions, full servicing of all machinery including engines and generators, and the deck equipment was serviced where needed.

Currently en route to Palma de Mallorca, Spain, Inmocean is asking $12.75 million.
