Another significant price reduction comes in as Jurgen Koch in the Palma office of Fraser Yachts reports that the price of his central agency listing, the 75.13m sailing superyacht Phocea, has been cut by €1.1 million.

Built by DCAN near Toulon in 1976 she was bought in 1997 and stripped back to her bare hull and superstructure by Lurssen and completely rebuilt.  Her most recent refit was in 2006. Available for inspection in Antibes, she's MCA compliant, accommodating 12 guests in a master, VIP, two doubles and two twins. Originally on the market at €11 million, _Phocea _is now asking €9.9 million.
