Flavio Constantino at Fraser Yachts tells me he's closed on the sale of the 35.05 metre motor yacht Latiko, listed for sale by his colleague Antoine Larricq.
Latiko was built by Italian yard Benetti in GRP to a design by Stefano Righini and delivered in 2003 as a Benetti Classic 115 with a refit in 2013. Her interior was designed by François Zuretti with soft furnishings and design touches by James Gribben from Renoir Interiors. She is finished in a sumptuous blend of cherry wood paneling and root wood, complemented with a range of fine marbles and fabrics.
ABS classed and MCA compliant, Latiko has well-appointed accommodation for up to 10 guests in four staterooms. The master suite is full beam on the main deck and has a king size bed and entertainment centre while the VIP stateroom is also full beam and has an entertainment centre. There are also two twin cabins to port and starboard and the upper deck saloon has a convertible double.
All staterooms have plasma television screens, DVD players and music systems and all come with en suite facilities. Latiko also boasts a wonderful sundeck with large sunbathing areas, the perfect place to enjoy the amazing sea views over an al fresco lunch. Twin 1,400hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 15 knots and a range of 3,200 nautical miles.
Sold to a Brazilian buyer, Latiko was asking €4,750,000.
