It's 290 sales so far this year as Mark Elliott at International Yacht Collection closes on the sale of the 51.83m motor yacht Dream with Jody O'Brien at Fraser Yachts bringing the buyer.

Dream was built by Feadship in 2003, and extensively refitted in 2009. A stylish interior by Donald Starkey in Anigre wood sleeps 13 guests in a master suite, VIP stateroom and two double and two twin cabins plus a staff cabin. An elevator runs through all four decks and twin 1500hp Caterpillar engines give Dream a cruising speed of 14 knots and a range of 4,400 nautical miles at 13 knots

The master suite is located on the main deck forward and includes a full size settee, flat screen television, entertainment system and en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The VIP suite is on the bridge deck with large open windows giving panoramic views of the ocean. The four remaining staterooms are situated below deck and comprise two doubles and two twins, all with entertainment systems and en suite facilities.

A full width skylounge has great areas for relaxation and entertaining with a wet bar and comprehensive entertainment systems. Continuously maintained to impeccable standards, Dream certainly lives up to her name.

Dream was asking $34.9 million.
