24 December 2020By Malcolm MacLean

The 38.4 metre Gulf Craft tri-deck motor yacht Altavita has had a central agency change and is now jointly listed for sale by Burgess with Northrop & Johnson.

Built in GRP by UAE yard Gulf Craft, she was delivered in 2019 to a very experienced owner and has been personalised to the highest standards.

Altavita is asking €10,950,000

Offering comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests in five well-appointed cabins, she features a full beam master suite with panoramic windows on the main deck, two double cabins and two twins with Pullman berths on the lower deck. All guest cabins on this yacht for sale have entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities.

On the main deck there is a formal dining area forward of the expansive main saloon with broad picture windows and sliding glass doors port and starboard as well as aft, which open up the space. Sliding glass doors open onto an aft deck al fresco dining option and steps either side lead down to the swim platform and tender garage.

A spacious sun deck has a Jacuzzi spa tub aft, a fully equipped sit-up bar with a Teppanyaki grill to starboard and an open-air dining area to port, both shaded by the hard top. Forward is lounge seating and a flybridge.

Her top speed is 19 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 2,400 nautical miles at 13 knots with power coming from two 1,900hp Caterpillar C-32-ACERT diesel engines. For added safety and comfort, she is fitted with zero speed stabilisers.

Lying in Barcelona, Spain, Altavita is asking €10,950,000.
