The 36-metre Mulder motor yacht Solemates V has been sold in a deal with Rupert Connor of Luxury Yacht Group representing the seller and Adam Levine of IYC representing the buyer. A special thanks to Jaffa & Co for providing legal counsel to the buyer.
Built by the Dutch shipyard with a fast-displacement aluminium hull, this is hull number five of the highly successful 36-metre series. Delivered in 2022, the motor yacht was designed by Claydon Reeves alongside naval architecture developed by Van Oossanen Naval Architects and interiors penned by Vickers Studio.
A main saloon with a colour palette of terracotta and cream welcomes guests on board and offers a comfortable lounging area, a bar and a dining table for eight. The open-plan layout encourages entertaining on board, while the floor-to-ceiling windows that surround the saloon create an indoor-outdoor feel.
Accommodation on board is for 10 guests across five cabins, including a full-beam master suite with an office area and en suite.
Al fresco living can be found through the glass double doors of the main saloon, where a seating area beneath the overhang allows guests to socialise in the fresh air, with coffee tables to encourage informal dining.
Up a deck, the bridge deck is designed for relaxation, featuring a spa pool and sunpads facing aft, paired with a dining table for all guests on board. Al fresco living is central to the design, with a hard roof providing shade from all weather conditions.
Moving forward, a more exposed lounging area is built into the foredeck, with sunpads and a small coffee table area facing the views ahead.
The yachts Caterpillar engines allow a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 15 knots, boasting a cruising range of 3,200 nautical miles at 10 knots.
Solemates V was last asking $19,300,000.
