The 30.5 metre motor yacht Sunday Money has been sold in a deal with Iain Lawrie of Merle Wood & Associates representing the buyer, and Michael Zaidan of Borden & Associates Yacht Sales representing the seller.
The motor yacht was built in GRP by US yard Hatteras, which also developed the naval architecture. She was delivered in 2001 to a design by Jack Hargrave, who also penned the interiors.
On entering the yacht, the main saloon provides ample space for lounging on the various sofas as well as a formal dining table that seats eight guests.
Forward features a country kitchen with another dining space for more informal entertainment. The interiors follow the same style throughout, characterised with dark wood and classic furnishings.
The motor yacht accommodates 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite, two doubles and a twin cabin, all with en suites.
Refitted in 2012, her spacious deck areas provide idyllic al fresco dining and sun lounging spaces. The top deck is designed for enjoying panoramic views and soaking up the sun in a comfortable and contemporary setting.
Her twin 1800hp Detroit Diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 18 knots.
According to BOATPro, Sunday Money was asking $2,800,000.
