The 44.4 metre Heesen motor yacht Kijo, listed for sale with Jonathan Browne of Expersea, has had a major price reduction of €1,000,000.
Kijo was built in the Netherlands in 2003 and is the only 44M model delivered by the shipyard. The tri-deck motor yacht has an interior designed by renowned designer Terence Disdale.
Kijo sleeps twelve guests in five cabins. A full-beam master stateroom has a separate office and a large his and hers bathroom with bathtub and shower. She has two additional doubles and two twin cabins, all with ensuite shower rooms, with further accommodation for a complement of eight crew.
On the main deck a curved bar, lounge and dining room are all arranged in an open-plan configuration with an entertainment centre to starboard.
On the top deck is a Jacuzzi with a sunpad for relaxing in privacy and enjoying commanding views. The aft main deck area provides a seating area where guests can shelter from the sun, out of the headwind, for al fresco meals underway or at anchor.
The swimming platform of this yacht for sale, reached via twin staircases, provides a base for launching toys from the garage and enjoying water sports activities.
Kijo's semi-displacement hull, finished in a handsome navy blue, cruises at 22 knots with a 26-knot top speed. At 12 knots her twin MTUs give a 2,100 nautical mile range.
Lying Golfe Juan, France, Kijo is now asking €8,900,000.
