The 50-metre motor yacht Zia has joined the brokerage market with Michel Chryssicopoulos of IYC.
Zia was built in steel and aluminium by Italian yard Ortona Navi to a design by Studio Progetti Associati and delivered in 2008. She has been refitted extensively between 2020 and 2022, including an interior overhaul and hull and superstructure repaint, with a further refit project between 2024 and 2025. Her interiors are by Vincent Van Duysen.
A successful charter yacht, Zia accommodates 12 guests in six cabins, comprising a master suite on the main deck, a VIP suite on the bridge deck, two doubles and two twins, which can convert into doubles for added flexibility. Meanwhile, there are quarters for a crew of 11.
The main saloon on this 591GT yacht is semi-open plan, with a lounge area aft and formal dining forward. Throughout the vessel, the custom furnishings are neutral, creating a sophisticated atmosphere with a relaxing, serene feel. There is an upper deck skylounge, which features further comfortable seating and is ideal for socialising.
On deck, there are four distinct social areas, the highlight of which is her generous 140-square-metre sundeck, with features including a large custom spa tub, sunpads and a dining area for 12. The space is completed with an exterior bar and a gas barbecue grill for cooking up the catch of the day.
Zia has a cruising speed of 13 knots, topping out at 15 knots, with power coming from two Caterpillar engines. She is also fitted with at-anchor and underway stabilisers for added comfort.
Lying in Athens, Greece, Zia is asking €13,750,000.
