The 37.3 metre Heesen motor yacht Her Destiny, listed for sale by Jonathan Barbe at Edmiston & Company, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Yves di Lena of YDL Yachting.
Built in aluminium by Dutch yard Heesen Yachts to a design by Omega Architects, Her Destiny was delivered in 2007 and recently went back to the yard for a thorough refit, including a complete paint job and a refresh of the interior. Accommodation is for up to 12 guests in five cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite, a double and two twins, each with a Pullman berth.
The aft deck has upholstered wicker and cream sofas and a large table that can be lowered to act as a cocktail table in front of the large flatscreen television set. Inside the main saloon the circular dining table is located aft, comfortably seating eight guests. The flooring is in dark bamboo contrasted with cherry wood paneling and joinery.
State of the art audio/visual systems are installed including a kaleidescape server supplying on-demand movies and music to the aft deck, main saloon and master suite.
Out on the sun deck, a Jacuzzi area has large sun pads and loungers and al fresco dining is available with a table accommodating eight guests and removable awnings to provide welcome shade from the sun. Twin 3,700hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 25 knots and a range of 2,000 nautical miles at 12 knots.
Her Destiny was asking €6,350,000.
