Craig Erikson in the Miami office of Camper & Nicholsons International contacts me to say that he’s signed Heesen’s 37m Seascape for sale. Apparently she was seized by the Federal authorities last December following the arrest of her owner, a prominent Wall Street figure (not Bernard Madoff), on fraud charges. Built in 2005, the all-aluminium Seascape is an ABS-classed flybridge motor yacht with a cruising speed of 26 knots and a maximum speed of 32 knots. Accommodating 10 guests in an on-deck master suite with two doubles and two twins below, she is on the market at $13.5 million.
