The 29.8-metre sailing yacht Scarena has received a €610,000 (over 20 per cent) price drop to her sales listing with Enrico Solinaos of Ocean Independence.
Scarena was delivered in 1995, built in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Jongert as one of five from the Jongert 2900M model, designed by Ron Holland with naval architecture by Doug Peterson. Her interior – clad in pear wood and teak – was designed by Peter Sijm. The sailing yacht was substantially refitted in 2007 and 2017, with her most recent works taking place in 2024.
Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins comprising a master suite and three twins, while four crew are accommodated in two cabins. Notably, Scarena is the only four-cabin yacht in the 2900M series.
The teak-panelled saloon separates the crew and guest accommodation and comes with comfortable seating opposite a dining area. Above deck, Scarena offers twin cockpits, a large sunbathing area and a semi-enclosed deck saloon with a push-button sliding hard top for all-weather dining.
A hydraulically operated garage features a bathing platform, offering easy access to the water and host to a tender and extensive toy box including paddleboards, kayaks, diving gear, fishing equipment and inflatables.
Under power, a 345hp MTU diesel engine propels the 109GT yacht for sale to a top speed of 12 knots, cruising speed of 8.5 knots and a range of 1,550 nautical miles. She is suited for charter or private use, offering a Greek charter license valid until 2027 and a Malta commercial licence valid until 2029.
Scarena is now asking €1,990,000.
