The 39.65 metre Mangusta motor yacht Beachouse has had a central agency change and is now jointly listed for sale by KK Superyachts and IYC.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Overmarine, Beachouse was delivered in 2009 as the 15th Mangusta 130 model with her most recent refit in 2019. She is the first 130 built with the latest upgraded hull including a new keel, which makes for a much more comfortable ride through the water.
Performances are also improved by having the new edition MTU 4000 diesel engines installed which enable the boat to be faster compared to others of the same series. Significantly, Beachouse is the result of mixing seaworthiness and speed together with intelligent interior design, high levels of comfort and great interior volumes.
Accommodation is for up to ten guests in four cabins plus six crew in three cabins. Guest accommodation consists of a master suite amidships, a VIP stateroom forward, a double to starboard and a twin with a Pullman berth to port, all with en suite bathroom facilities and the latest plasma television screens.
She features voluminous spaces both inside and on deck and boasts an enormous saloon and dining area on the upper deck. A media room equipped with all the latest audio/video technology is located on the lower deck alongside the accommodation area. Like all Mangusta yachts, she boasts sleek and sporty lines while twin MTU 4,609hp engines linked to KaMeWa water jet drives give her a top speed of 41 knots.
Beachouse is asking €7,500,000.
