The ever-ebullient Toby Maclaurin at Ocean Independence tells me that he's now signed the 30.7m motor yacht New Life for sale.
New Life, built by Falcon Yachts in 2001, is a four-cabin megayacht with all the sleeping quarters on the lower deck, comprising two doubles and two twins, all with en-suite bathrooms. Each twin has a Pullman berth, offering accommodation for 10 guests if required and there are three cabins for five crew. RINA classed and MCA compliant, New Life is offered at €2.5 million.
