The Merle Wood team continues to pick up joint central agencies as I now learn that Dirk Johnson and Peter Croke have joined up with Bruce Brakenhoff of Perini Navi USA to sell Perini Navi's 64m sailing superyacht Felicita West. Built in 2003 to ABS class and refitted by the yard in 2009, she's MCA compliant and sleeps up to 12 guests in five staterooms. Most important, though is the news that her price has been reduced from €39.9 million to €35 million.
