Talking to Thom Conboy at Merle Wood & Associates I discover he's got his hands pretty full, having just listed three new-build Mondomarine motor yachts, all due for delivery in 2012.
First comes a 41m semi displacement superyacht (hull #8) designed by Cor D Rover and sleeping 10 guests in five staterooms including a master suite on the main deck. She comes with a spacious garage for tenders and toys and is asking €16 million.
Then there's a 51m (hull #4) that's an evolution of the very successful Toy-A whose owner has notched up 10,000 nautical miles in two seasons cruising. A buyer still has the option of choosing between two different superstructures and she has a large internal volume. Designed by Giorgio Vafiadis, this superyacht accommodates 12 guests in six staterooms, has a beach club and garage and is asking €23 million.
Finally, the flagship of this little fleet is a full displacement 54m yacht designed by Luca Dini and being built to Lloyds class. MCA compliant, she accommodates 12 guests in six staterooms and is priced at €28 million.
