The 50 metre Mondomarine motor yacht Zaliv III has been listed for sale with Mathieu Bardon at Worth Avenue Yachts.
Zaliv III was delivered by the Italian shipyard in 2011 and has been under the same ownership ever since her launch. She was built with an aluminium hull to a design by Studio Vafiadis with interiors penned by Luca Dini.
Zaliv III has a proven charter record with 70 days secured for 2022 and is offered for sale fresh from a refit in 2021. Work included new teak, new furniture and carpet, restoration of the marble on board and an overhaul of the generators.
This yacht for sale can sleep up to 16 guests across six cabins with four Pullman berths with further accommodation for a crew of 11. A full-beam master suite is positioned on the bridge deck and benefits from both a private office and entrance. The suite is aft facing with a four-poster bed at the centre and access to an exterior terrace.
Other highlights include a Jacuzzi on the sundeck with shaded dining that can seat up to 24 guests as well as a bar and lounge area for sundowners. A secondary al fresco dining spot can be found on the main deck aft while the bow features a more secluded lounge where morning coffees can be enjoyed.
The main saloon features two L shaped sofas facing one another with coffee tables between the two. A bulkhead with an integrated television separates the lounge from the formal dining area.
Power comes from a pair of twin MTU 16V4000 M90 diesel engines with three generators: two Northern Lights 105kW generators as well as a 50kW night generator. She can reach a top speed of 22 knots and is equipped with zero speed stabilisers.
Lying in Athens, Zaliv III is asking €20,500,000.
