More news from Merle Wood & Associates as Merle and John Cohen join Ken Denison at Denison & Daves to list the 38m motor yacht Perle Bleue for sale.

This innovative superyacht, designed by Donald Starkey and built in 2007 by Dutch builder Hakvoort Shipyard, has by far the largest volume interior possible in a yacht of her size, easily as large as most 45 meter yachts.

Perle Bleue has four luxury cabins featuring a full width master suite, expansive sun-deck with spa pool, intimate bar, sunning and jogging platform. The second deck has theatre viewing and alfresco dining for 12 persons. She’s comfortable at sea with at anchor stabilisation and smooth and quiet displacement running. A bulbous bow and displacement steel hull combined with fuel efficient Caterpillar power have produced a remarkably comfortable yacht.

On display at the Fort Lauderdale show, Perle Bleue is asking $13.9 million.
