€3M price drop on motorsailer yacht Aiaxaia

The 46 metre Brodosplit motorsailer Aiaxaia, listed for sale by Benjamin Barker at Engel & Volkers Yachting, has had a price reduction of €3 million.

Built in steel by Croatian yard Brodosplit, Aiaxaia was delivered in 2017 with an eye firmly on the charter market. Flexible accommodation is for 12 guests in six cabins comprising a master suite, VIP suite, two doubles and two convertible twins. All cabins aboard this yacht for sale have flatscreen television sets, stereo surround sound systems and en suite bathroom facilities.

Aiaxaia is now asking €9,950,000

The air-conditioned spacious saloon has comfortable seating for 12 guests, a good-sized bar and an entertainment centre including a large plasma television screen and WiFi internet access. There is also an office area on the starboard side.

The aft main deck is shaded and offers an al fresco dining table, seating, direct access to the main saloon, steps to the upper deck and effortless access to the lower swim deck. A sauna is available on the port side just at the entrance to the saloon.

On the upper deck is a deluxe Jacuzzi spa tub, two large sun pads, a comfortable outdoor lounge with optional shade and a wet bar. Twin 460hp Caterpillar diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 11 knots and range of 3,000 nautical miles.

Aiaxaia is now asking €9,950,000.
