The 30.4 metre tri-deck motor yacht Dream Yacht is sold as Noyan Mutlugil at Mutlutur Yachting tells me he's closed on his listing for sale in an in-house deal.
Dream Yacht was custom built in GRP to RINA class by Egyptian yard Shama Yachts and delivered in 2005. Her expansive interior accommodates 10 guests in five staterooms including a split-level owners’ suite on the main deck. There is also a further master suite, a VIP stateroom and two twin cabins, all with en suite bathroom facilities.
A large saloon has comfortable seating, a bar, entertainment system and a formal dining area while lovers of the outdoors are catered for by a large aft deck and flybridge with all the amenities for al fresco entertaining and dining
Twin 1,500hp engines give her a maximum speed of 18 knots and Noyan Mutlugil says she was priced for a quick sale.
