New-build 44m Eurocraft motor yacht for sale
by Malcolm Maclean
Currently under construction in steel and aluminium at the Eurocraft yard to RINA class and MCA coded, delivery is scheduled for summer 2018. Although there is plenty of time for a new owner to decide upon her eventual layout, she is currently configured with accommodation for 10 guests in five cabins. These consist of a main deck master suite, full beam VIP suite, a double and two twins, all with full en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there will be five cabins for nine crew aboard this yacht for sale.
Her sistership, Baron Trenck, was delivered in 2011 and has proved to be a popular yacht on the charter market, indicating that this new model could pay her way too. Renderings show a full beam saloon with built-in L-shaped settees running along the entire length of the lounge area to port and starboard, while forward is a bar and a formal dining area with seating for 10 guests.
Up in the sky lounge, the area has been designated as a relaxation space with the option for an indoor spa or another twin guest cabin. A six-person Jacuzzi tub will be fitted in the 16 metre sun deck, along with a sunbathing area and a shower. Twin MTU 12V 2000 M60 diesel engines will give her a cruising speed of 12 knots and a transatlantic range.
The Eurocraft 44m is asking €16,300,000.
