A 43 metre new build motor yacht project has been listed for sale by Georges Bourgoignie and Maarten Ten Holter at Fraser Yachts.
To be built with an aluminium hull and composite superstructure by French yard CNB, the design is by German Frers and she will be Bureau Veritas classed and MCA compliant. Accommodation is currently configured for 10 guests in five cabins. The master suite will be forward on the main deck and will have a private outside lounge under a retractable canopy. Four double cabins will be below deck, all with en suite bathroom facilities and there will be an option to convert one of them into a gym.
A large saloon is planned to have comfortable seating and a home theatre system in the lounge area while forward there will be formal dining for up to 12 guests. Sea balconies to port and starboard will provide even more space and wonderful views.
Outdoor areas include a capacious aft deck with built in seating, tables to port and starboard, a fridge, ice maker and a sunbathing area. Up on the flybridge will be a seating area, sun pads, a bar, fridge and an ice maker, all sheltered by a hard Bimini top.
The engine room of this yacht for sale is located aft of the guest accommodation. A full beam tender bay allows the option to have a large tender and toys launched through a side opening door in the hull using a telescopic gantry. Twin 1,200hp MAN engines will give her a cruising speed of 16 knots and a range of 3,200 nautical miles.
The new build CNB 43 metre project is asking €19,975,000 and could be delivered in 2017.
