In-build 37m Maiora 36 Exuma motor yacht with 2025 delivery sold

An in-build 36.9-metre Maiora 36 Exuma motor yacht, scheduled for delivery next month, has been sold. IYC's Michel Chryssicopoulos and Costas Dimopoulos represented the yacht in the sale.

According to BOATPro, the motor yacht began construction under speculation in January 2024, built in GRP by Italian shipyard Maiora, a brand of Next Yacht Group, to a "bold explorer" design by Italian studio, Quartostile. She is the fifth unit from the yard's Maiora 36 Exuma series, following her award-winning predecessors Pesa II and Tofan

The fifth Maiora 36 Exuma was asking €20,300,000

Her 300GT interiors, designed by Acube Design, accommodate 10 guests in five en suite cabins, including a full-beam master suite on the main deck. The remaining suites are comprised of a VIP cabin and three additional guest cabins on the lower deck, while crew quarters can house a team of up to five.

Her interiors are decorated with "contemporary lines, premium materials and a soothing palette", according to her broker, with an obvious use of curved finishes and clever, stylish storage solutions.

Multiple expansive windows fill the living spaces with natural light while enhancing the yacht's connection to the sea - a key feature for the yacht's design. The main saloon – fitted with low profile seating and a marble coffee table – is a prime example of this, with floor-to-ceiling window and large sliding glass doors leading to the relaxed aft deck to create seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Another onboard highlight is the climate-controlled skylounge on the flybridge that can transform into an open-air space. Meanwhile, outside, there are generous deck areas for lounging and dining: a jacuzzi flanked by sunpads dominates the foredeck, while sunken, floating seating is nestled into the bow with a large sunpad spread across the sundeck.

The yacht has a 7.9-metre beam

Following delivery to her owner (scheduled in August), the new build will debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival and the Monaco Yacht Show in September.

The Maiora 36 Exuma was asking €20,300,000.
