Alex Clarke at Denison Yacht Sales sends in news that Jimmy Broddeson at SuperYachts London has joined him to list the 54m Mondo Marine M54 superyacht new construction project for sale with a €3.1 million price cut.
The steel hull, aluminium superstructure and engine room are already completed and the project is on hold awaiting a buyer who could take delivery 16 months from contract signature. With exterior design by Luca Dini, her interior by Laura Pomponi has back-lit alabaster walls with burl woodwork accommodating 12 guests in six staterooms including a full beam master suite on the main deck. Other features include a large tender garage aft, an expansive sun deck and a lounge area and pool towards the bow.
Being built to Lloyd's class with full MCA compliancy, her twin 2,682hp Caterpillar engines promise a cruising speed of 15 knots, a maximum speed of 17 knots and a transatlantic range of 4,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. Currently stored in a custom shed at the yard, the Mondo Marine M4 project offers a new owner the opportunity to acquire a 75 per cent built pedigree go-anywhere yacht in a fraction of the usual build time and at an attractive price.
The project is currently located at the Mondo Marine Shipyard in Savona, Italy, and is down from €28 million to €24.9 million. A model and renderings will be on display at the yard's stand at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, and Alex Clarke will be on hand to answer any questions.
